Future Leaders

The Heart of America Fellows Institute was created by Fellows of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) located in the states of Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Iowa and Nebraska to develop our profession’s future leaders through a series of in-depth educational presentations led by outstanding subject matter experts in each field.

The three, two-day sessions begin in fall 2020. Recognizing the importance of the content of each session, participants who successfully complete all six days of the program shall be formally recognized as Graduates of the Institute.

Class II of the Heart of America Fellows Institute will begin fall 2020.

Candidates for the HOA Fellows Institute must be nominated by a Fellow of the America College of Trust and Estate Counsel. Candidates to be considered for acceptance must be members in good standing with a Bar Association in one of the six founding states and have a minimum of three years practicing trust & estate law.
